Services

Life can be complicated, and it’s normal to feel uncertain about where to start. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, perfectionism, relationship challenges, or just a sense that something feels “off,” therapy can help you find clarity and movement again. My role is to provide a supportive, evidence-based space where you can show up exactly as you are and work toward living with greater balance, flexibility, and connection.

In addition to individual and couples therapy, I also offer supervision for clinicians in training, as well as consultation and workshops for mental health professionals and organizations. These services are designed to support growth, reflection, and the integration of evidence-based approaches in clinical practice.

If you’re curious about starting therapy or consultation and supervision services, I offer a complimentary consultation call to help us determine whether we’d be a good fit in working together.

Individual Therapy

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life you want to be living, individual therapy can help. Together, we’ll slow things down and make sense of what’s getting in the way—whether that’s perfectionism, self-criticism, emotional intensity, or something else entirely. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based therapies like CBT, ERP, DBT, and ACT. The goal is to help you build insight, develop new skills, and create a more meaningful, values-driven life. Because there is typically just one hour of your week, I encourage continued reflection and practice between sessions to help you integrate insights into daily life to facilitate lasting change.

Couples Therapy

Every relationship has moments of disconnection or conflict. Couples therapy offers a space to better understand each other, communicate more effectively, and rebuild trust and closeness. We’ll focus on identifying unhelpful patterns and practicing new ways of relating that strengthen your bond. My role is to guide you both with compassion and evidence-based strategies, so your relationship feels more supportive, resilient, and aligned with what matters most to you. Couples therapy is for any stage - whether you're looking for support as you navigate a relationship transition, like getting married, moving in together, or having a child - or, you're looking to address a repair in the relationship.

 Supervision & Consultation

Supporting other clinicians is one of the most meaningful parts of my work. I provide supervision for clinicians in training who are looking to deepen their clinical skills, strengthen case conceptualization, and develop greater confidence in using evidence-based approaches like CBT, ERP, DBT, and ACT.

I also offer consultation for licensed clinicians seeking guidance with complex cases, overcontrolled presentations, or the integration of evidence-based therapies into their practice. My approach to supervision and consultation is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in both science and compassion.
